Designed for Lasell University Runway 2023 "Eveningwear" scene. This piece was originally inspired by Norma Kamali's "Sculpture Dress" and quickly turned into my wonderfully weird muppet dream dress. The "Muppet Dress" is a full length, form-fitting dress made of eyelash thread fabric. The dress features exaggerated, drooping sleeves, a high neck and hood with a zipper closure to fully immerse the wearer into becoming this crazy cartoon character.
